After weeks and weeks of sticking to my diet,

and exercising every morning and drinking insane amounts of water and not letting a drop of diet coke touch my lips and cutting back to only one cup of coffee a day and even, did I mention, exercising?!?!

I’ve finally lost 4 pounds.
